ServiceNow Project Manager â AI & Automation

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead AI\-driven automation initiatives across enterprise environments. This role focuses on delivering high\-impact ServiceNow AI solutions while managing complex stakeholders, timelines, integrations, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

Lead end\-to\-end delivery of ServiceNow AI & automation initiatives
<\/p><\/li>
Manage projects involving:
<\/p>
Now Assist
<\/p><\/li>
Virtual Agent
<\/p><\/li>
Predictive Intelligence
<\/p><\/li>
Agentic AI
<\/p><\/li>
<\/ul><\/li>
Collaborate with business, platform, and AI\/ML teams to define scope and execution plans
<\/p><\/li>
Own project planning, timelines, risk management, dependencies, and reporting
<\/p><\/li>
Drive AI adoption, change management, and business value realization
<\/p><\/li>
Manage cross\-functional teams and external vendors
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure quality and timely delivery of projects
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow governance, security, and best practices
<\/p><\/li>
<\/ul>
Key Skills & Qualifications<\/b>
<\/h3>
7+ years of Project \/ Program Management experience
<\/p><\/li>
Strong hands\-on experience with ServiceNow AI implementations
<\/p><\/li>
Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and automation capabilities
<\/p><\/li>
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
<\/p><\/li>
Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
