Salesforce Product Owner & CRM Manager (Emaint, Fluke)

• a strategic and hands-on Salesforce Product Owner & CRM Manager to lead the development, optimization, and governance of our Salesforce ecosystem supporting Emaint (a Fluke company). In this role, person will own the CRM product roadmap, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and drive continuous improvement across sales, marketing, and customer success processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the Salesforce product roadmap, aligning with business goals and stakeholder priorities
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical resources to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Lead Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and data management initiatives
• Optimize CRM processes to improve customer experience, pipeline visibility, and operational efficiency
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management
• Ensure data quality, system performance, and compliance with governance standards
