We put people first. It’s all about you..

We are looking for a collaborative problem-solver who thrives in a team environment and can design robust, high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software maintenance and microservices.

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Golang proficiency.

We operate in small, fully autonomous teams with real ownership over products including Home Insurance, Boiler, and Home Emergency Cover. Our mission is to support over 110k live policies using the best tools available, centered around an event-driven architecture.

  • Perform migrations to transition third-party software to our internal infrastructure.
  • Automate billing processes to ensure high accuracy.
  • Improve customer communications management and ownership.
  • Develop and deploy new features in microservices with full monitoring and alerting enabled.

  • Performance bonus: An annual discretionary bonus ranging from 15-40%.
  • Flexible working: We’re a remote-first business.
