Zoho Developer Trainee (On-the-Job Training Program) - Remote Working

About the Opportunity

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented B.Tech and MCA students/pass-outs from anywhere in India who are interested in building a long-term career in SaaS implementation, business automation, and Zoho development.

This is a structured on-the-job training program designed to provide real-world exposure to Zoho implementation, client handling, automation consulting, and business process transformation. This is not an internship or part-time assignment.

Selected candidates will work closely with senior developers and consultants on live client projects and will receive hands-on exposure to the Zoho ecosystem.

Important Requirements

  • This is a full-time training and work opportunity. We are not looking for part-time applicants.
  • The role involves client interaction through online and occasional in-person meetings.
  • Applicants should possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills along with technical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Interaction & Meetings

  • Attend online client meetings and discussions along with senior consultants.
  • Participate in requirement gathering sessions and business discussions.
  • Join in-person client meetings whenever required. (Can be in different cities)
  • Support client communication and follow-ups professionally.

2. Zoho Implementation & Development Support

  • Assist in implementation and customization of Zoho applications.
  • Support workflow automation, integrations, and business process configuration.
  • Work with senior developers on live implementation projects.

3. Requirement Gathering & Documentation

  • Understand client business workflows and operational challenges.
  • Assist in preparing Scope of Work (SOW), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and implementation documentation.
  • Translate business requirements into structured technical tasks.

4. Product Demonstrations & Consulting Support

  • Participate in Zoho product demonstrations for prospective clients (training will be provided).
  • Assist in explaining platform capabilities and automation solutions.

5. Content & Technical Documentation

  • Create technical documentation, case studies, blogs, and implementation notes using AI tools.
  • Support creation of HTML email templates, landing pages, and related business content.







Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.Tech / BE (Computer Science / IT / Electronics), MCA, or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Candidates from Mumbai or Navi Mumbai preferred.
  • Freshers and recent pass-outs are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills (Preferred)

  • Basic understanding of programming, web technologies, or scripting.
  • Familiarity with HTML, APIs, or databases is an advantage.
  • Interest in SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and business automation.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
  • Exposure to AI tools for documentation or content creation is a plus.

Communication & Professional Skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn in a client-facing environment.

Other Requirements

  • Must own a laptop and have stable internet connectivity with WIFI (No mobile data).
  • Ability to work from a professional environment during remote meetings.
  • Open to occasional travel for client meetings if required.
  • Must be fluent in Hindi and proficient in English verbal communication.
