About the Opportunity

We are looking for a professional with strong technical and commercial experience to join the Solutions Engineering team of a growing company that develops solutions to help healthcare organizations manage compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements.

This role will play a strategic part in an important platform migration initiative, connecting technical expertise, customer needs, and product evolution.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Act as the primary technical point of contact during platform evaluations and migrations.

🔹 Lead technical discovery, in-depth product demonstrations, and tailored presentations.

🔹 Build demo environments (sandboxes) and support technical configurations and adjustments.

🔹 Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful customer migrations.

🔹 Create technical documentation, migration guides, and supporting materials.

🔹 Translate technical capabilities into business value for customers and prospects.

🔹 Share feedback with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

✅ 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar technical pre-sales role.

✅ Strong technical expertise and experience demonstrating complex products.

✅ Experience working with enterprise customers and large organizations.

✅ Familiarity with security, compliance, and IT processes in mid-sized or large enterprises.

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

✅ Ability to connect technical solutions to customer needs and business objectives.

✅ Collaborative, autonomous, strategic, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.

Nice to Have

⭐ Experience with Healthcare Compliance, GRC, Governance, Risk, or Security products.

⭐ Experience supporting product migrations or platform transitions.

⭐ Experience working with distributed or international teams.

⭐ Background in growing technology companies.
