Accountabilities

Requirements

  • BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field required.
  • 10+ years of experience as an engineer and technical lead in building scalable and reliable software.
  • 5+ years of managerial experience leading technical engineering teams.
  • Experience in attracting, hiring, and coaching top engineering talent.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Passion for improving healthcare through technology.
