ServiceChannel is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Marketing Technology & Operations. In this pivotal role, the Senior Manager, Marketing Technology & Operations will own the strategy, administration, and optimization of the company’s marketing technology ecosystem and operational infrastructure. This role serves as the internal authority for marketing systems, automation, and scalable go-to-market execution.
This position partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Analytics, and IT to ensure marketing initiatives are efficient, measurable, and aligned to pipeline and revenue goals. The role blends strategic planning, technical execution, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable, data-driven marketing programs.
This is a senior, high-autonomy role responsible for owning outcomes, driving operational excellence, and internalizing strategic capabilities traditionally supported by external partners.
