Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in License or Contract Administration, ideally in a multinational or large scale environment.
- Familiarity with SaaS licensing models, subscription structures, and procurement processes.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce Clouds, roles, profiles, permission sets, and related licensing schemes (a strong plus).
Skills & Competencies
- Solid understanding of core IT delivery and service management processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret licensing data and identify optimization opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and regions.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proactive problem-solving approach
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Salesforce administration, vendor management, or IT procurement practices.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning related to software or SaaS spending.
