You will lead complex technical initiatives across a modern Salesforce ecosystem, shaping architecture and driving high-impact development for a global organization. Accountabilities
Lead and execute Salesforce development initiatives across partner portal and internal GTM systems, ensuring scalable and high-quality architecture while aligning solutions with business needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, APIs, and Agentforce capabilities.
- Build and enhance Experience Cloud (partner portal) functionality to improve engagement, usability, and operational workflows.
- Develop complex automations, integrations, and custom applications supporting leads, opportunities, approvals, certifications, and partner data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions.
- Create and optimize dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics for internal and external users.
- Lead code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and provide technical mentorship to team members.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
This role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong technical leadership, and the ability to operate in a cross-functional, business-facing environment.
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with proven success delivering complex projects.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud (Partner Community) development.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
- Proficiency with modern DevOps and development tools (VS Code, Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating needs into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable, maintainable architectures.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
