This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Salesforce Project Manager. In this role, you will guide businesses through their Digital Transformation journey by managing Salesforce projects. Your expertise will ensure timely delivery and successful completion of projects within scope and budget. Collaborating with internal teams and clients, you will oversee the project lifecycle, from kick-off to delivery. This is an opportunity to drive impactful change while working with a dedicated team on exciting projects.
Accountabilities
- Oversee and take responsibility for the successful completion and timeliness of Salesforce projects.
- Facilitate project kick-offs and transition clients from Business Development to Delivery.
- Produce detailed delivery schedules and identify key client interactions.
- Schedule regular project touchpoints with the team and clients.
- Manage communication effectively with stakeholders and lead project meetings.
- Ensure all project documentation meets industry standards.
- Maintain project budgets and propose solutions when budget risks arise.
- Identify roadblocks and proactively facilitate solutions.
- Look for opportunities for managed services and internal projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of project management experience in a consulting environment.
- Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills to handle changing priorities.
- Deep understanding of project management methods and processes.
- SCRUM certifications or expertise is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong business and technical acumen.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications.
- Understanding of Salesforce.com platform and delivery processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce solution design and system architecture.
