SR SDET (Software Developer Engineer in Test)

What you will do: 

• Act as an SDET, ensuring software quality through end-to-end test automation.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
• Implement tests across different layers: unit, integration, end-to-end (E2E), and performance.
• Design and execute API and integration tests using tools like RestAssured, Postman, or similar.
• Apply test design patterns (Page Object Model, BDD).
• Work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), ensuring continuous testing integration.
• Leverage GenAI tools (Copilot, Amazon Q, etc.) to improve test automation and productivity.
• Work with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Validate data using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with development teams, acting as a bridge between QA and Engineering.
• Participate in requirements analysis, test case design, and bug tracking.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of test activities.
• Work in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and support monitoring activities.

What we are looking for: 

• Solid experience as an SDET or QA Automation Engineer.
• Strong experience with Java.
• Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium).
• Experience with API testing and integration testing.
• Knowledge of test design patterns (Page Object Model, BDD).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with version control (Git).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with test analysis, test case design, and bug management.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Advanced English communication skills.

Nice to have: 

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools applied to testing.
• Experience with performance testing.
• Experience working in distributed and scalable systems.
