Job Description Summary

Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end delivery of SCADA/EMS or ADMS implementation projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Manage multiple projects and stakeholders across North and South America, driving successful execution in complex, multicultural environments.
  • Oversee contract execution, including scope management, change orders, risk mitigation, and commercial performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project governance and escalations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (finance, engineering, product management, testing, commissioning, support) to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Drive proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies to de-risk delivery timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, governance frameworks, and customer requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Solid experience in project management, with a strong focus on SCADA/EMS and ADMS system implementations.
  • Proven experience with GE Vernova Electrification product portfolio (highly preferred / strong differentiator).
  • Demonstrated experience managing contracts and customer accounts across North America and South America (highly preferred / strong differentiator).
  • Strong track record delivering projects in multilingual environments (Portuguese, Spanish, and English).
  • Experience managing large, complex, and geographically distributed project teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English, Spanish and Portuguese knowledge.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations and financial management.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Experience working in utility, energy, or grid software domains.
