Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Veeva CRM / Vault CRM Technical Architect with strong integration strategy and implementation experience to support migration from Salesforce-based Veeva CRM to Vault CRM and improve DevOps, release, QA, validation, and support processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Veeva CRM to Vault CRM migration architecture and strategy.
• Design and implement enterprise integrations and data flows.
• Define deployment, environment promotion, and release-management processes.
• Establish DevOps, QA, validation, and production support practices.
• Work with business, technical, QA, and implementation teams.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor internal resources.

Required Skills

• Strong Veeva CRM / Veeva Vault CRM experience.
• Veeva CRM to Vault CRM migration experience preferred.
• Strong integration architecture and implementation.
• Veeva deployment packages and environment management.
• DevOps, CI/CD, release management, QA, and validation.
• Enterprise integration and data pipeline experience.
• Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership.

Preferred

Experience with Reltio MDM, SAP, Veeva OpenData, Drupal, EDC, QMS, ETM, REP, and life sciences/pharma environments.
