- Deep hands-on Veeva CRM & Vault CRM architecture
- Strong Veeva CRM → Vault CRM migration experience, especially Salesforce-based Veeva CRM
- Strong integration strategy + hands-on implementation — mandatory
- Veeva deployment packages, environment promotion, release management
- DevOps, CI/CD, QA, validation, deployment and production support processes
- Enterprise integration experience with systems such as Reltio MDM, SAP, data lakes, Drupal
- Experience designing technical controls, migration strategy, release processes and operating models
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to coach/mentor internal Veeva teams
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and migration from Salesforce-based Veeva CRM to Vault CRM
- Define integration architecture, migration approach and deployment strategy
- Establish mature DevOps, release, QA, validation and support processes
- Improve Veeva deployment/promotion procedures and technical controls
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across business, IT, QA and implementation teams
