For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills: 

• At least 8 years of experience in backend development, of which 4 years involved exposure to frontend
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building LLMs
• Proficient in AI-assisted development tooling — specifically GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code — including configuration, rule management, and effective adoption within collaborative team settings.
• We value experience working within large, long-lived, or legacy codebases, ideally with Delphi, COBOL, FoxPro, PowerBuilder, WinDev, Visual Basic, or Java
• Fluency in English (B2)
• Availability for Remote model (based in Portugal)
• This position is remote-based in Portugal. Candidates should be living in Portugal, and have a Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit, to be considered.
