Role Overview
The Technical Project Manager will oversee the strategic execution and delivery of integrated digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a high degree of technical literacy across multiple domains, including SEO, paid media, web development, and marketing automation. You will be responsible for translating high-level client goals into actionable technical workflows within Jira and managing lead lifecycles through GoHighLevel.

What you'll do
- Agile Project Management: Architect and manage complex workflows in Jira,
ensuring all sprints for SEO, Ads, and Web projects are properly scoped,
assigned, and tracked.
- CRM Operations: Build and maintain automation snapshots, funnels, and
communication triggers within GoHighLevel to ensure seamless lead attribution
and management.
- Technical Oversight: Conduct technical audits and quality assurance for:
- SEO: On-page structures, schema markup, and technical site health.
- Paid Media: Tracking pixel implementation (GTM/Meta) and conversion API setups.
- Web/Social: Deployment schedules for landing pages and integrated social campaigns.
- Resource Allocation: Analyze team capacity to balance workloads across the creative and technical departments, preventing bottlenecks in the production pipeline.
- Reporting & Analytics: Aggregate data from various channels to provide comprehensive performance reports, ensuring all campaigns meet KPIs.
- Scope Management: Identify and mitigate "scope creep" by enforcing strict adherence to the project briefs and technical specifications.
What you'll bring
- Project Management: Proficiency in Jira (Sprints, Backlog grooming, Reporting).
- CRM & Automation: Knowledge of GoHighLevel (Workflows, Funnels, CRM management).
- Digital Marketing: Strong technical understanding of SEO (Technical/On-page), PPC (Google/Meta Ads), and Social Media strategy.
- Web Development: Understanding of CMS architecture, API integrations, and landing page optimization.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in a Technical PM or Operations role within a digital agency.
Performance Competencies
- Precision: Exceptional attention to detail in technical documentation and task descriptions.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and technical errors across the marketing stack.
- Direct Communication: Ability to relay complex technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Efficiency: Proven track record of optimizing internal processes to increase agency output and profitability.
