- Partner with customers to design and implement technical solutions that solve real business problems.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Collaborate with both business users and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Build, configure, and test integrations, APIs, and workflows across different platforms and tools.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing clear explanations to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Document technical designs, configuration steps, and best practices to support repeatable success.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Explore opportunities for automation and optimization to improve customer efficiency.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Continuously learn and adapt to new products, platforms, and integration tools.<\/span>

<\/b> <\/div>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>
<\/b> <\/div>
<\/span>- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- 5+ years of experience in a technical consulting, professional services, systems integration, solutions engineering, or systems engineering role.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to quickly understand complex systems and processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non\-technical audiences.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Self\-starter with initiative, resourcefulness, and a passion for learning new technologies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Familiarity with integration concepts, APIs (REST, SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML), and database platforms.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span> <\/div>Nice\-to\-Have Skills:<\/b><\/span>
<\/div>- Experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or SSIS.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Knowledge of automation or RPA platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or Playwright.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Proficiency in SQL.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Development experience with Python, C#, or Java.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience with Reporting, Analytics, and Business Intelligence platforms such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Exposure to ERP systems or similar enterprise platforms.<\/span><\/span>
