We are an Australian Systems agency who work on a fast paced environment. Our team of professionals are committed to bringing the best services to our clients. Your role as a Virtual Administrative Lead Prospecting Assistant<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> is vital part of our team (crew).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

You must enjoy connecting with people and using social media and other strategies we will teach you to source leads and prospect using our template communication systems and CRM.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
We want someone hungry for success but also this prospecting role is more of a gather role than a hunting role as we have a formulated template systems to follow to source, connect and process prospects into a funnel for managers to offer services.

We would prefer someone who can work with us daily, AEST starting at 8AM AEST onward. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • General Project Admin & Coordination Management (Via Zoho Projects)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Zoho CRM Management (lead and data management)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Social Media Management (Via Zoho Social)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Admin Tasks<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Research Tasks<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Excel Sheet Updating<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Basic Wordpress Updating (very basic)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Reporting<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Project Scope Documenting and Scoping (willing to learn to assist with template document management)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Works during Australian time (AEST)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Daily video and audio meetings with us<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Disciplined<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Self Motivated<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Highly efficient at managing multiple tasks and teams<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
