Overview
Quorum is looking for a Vice President, Global Business Applications, to join our executive leadership team. This position reports directly to the CIO & Executive Vice President, Information Technology, and serves as a key technology executive responsible for the full lifecycle of enterprise applications across the organization. The VP will own the global applications vision, strategy, and execution — ensuring that Quorum's technology ecosystem scales in lockstep with its rapid growth agenda.
This is a hands-on executive role. The ideal candidate leads from the front, equally comfortable setting strategy in the boardroom and rolling up their sleeves to work directly alongside architects, developers, and functional teams to solve complex problems. We are not looking for a purely people-managing executive; we need a leader who remains deeply engaged in the technical and functional details of the platforms and programs they own.
Ideal candidates are seasoned technology executives with a proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-platform enterprise application portfolios, including Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce.com, and AI-powered business tools, across complex, global organizations. This leader will bring a blend of strategic vision, executive presence, and deep technical fluency to drive transformational outcomes across the business.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and own the global applications vision and multi-year strategy, aligning enterprise technology capabilities with Quorum's corporate growth objectives and digital transformation agenda.
- Serve as a trusted technology advisor to C-suite and executive business leaders, translating complex technology opportunities into actionable business value.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation, identifying opportunities to embed these capabilities across the enterprise application portfolio.
- Establish Quorum's AI governance and responsible use framework for enterprise applications, ensuring ethical, compliant, and scalable deployment of AI-powered tools.
- Partner with the CIO and peer executives to shape the enterprise technology architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment across applications, infrastructure, data, and security domains.
Program & Delivery Excellence
- Oversee the architecture and deployment of large-scale, global programs including Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce.com, and other mission-critical platforms across multiple simultaneous workstreams, regions, and business units.
- Drive a multi-system integration strategy, ensuring seamless interoperability across CRM, ERP, HCM, data platforms, and third-party applications through API management, middleware, and iPaaS solutions.
- Govern cloud application platform strategy across SaaS, PaaS, and hybrid environments, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and cost efficiency.
- Champion Agile and DevSecOps delivery practices across application teams, accelerating time-to-value while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Act as executive sponsor and escalation point for critical application programs, ensuring business impacts are proactively identified, managed, and resolved.
People & Organization
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global team of application managers, architects, developers, analysts, and outsourced partners — fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Cultivate talent pipelines and upskill the team across both traditional application disciplines and emerging AI/data technology competencies.
- Mentor and coach senior managers and directors within the Applications organization, developing the next generation of technology leaders.
Financial & Vendor Governance
- Own and manage a significant operating and capital budget, including multi-year investment planning for applications, AI tooling, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Develop and present executive-level business cases for technology investments, articulating ROI, risk, and strategic alignment.
- Negotiate and govern strategic vendor relationships and enterprise contracts, ensuring delivery commitments, SLA performance, and cost optimization across all platforms and partners.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews of global licenses and subscriptions, ensuring appropriate utilization and budget alignment.
Compliance, Risk & Continuity
- Ensure all applications meet security, regulatory, data privacy, and governance requirements across all jurisdictions in which Quorum operates.
- Provide executive leadership for business continuity and disaster recovery strategy, planning, and testing across the application landscape.
- Establish and enforce release management, change control, and production governance standards across all application teams globally.

-
15+ years of progressive enterprise technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior director or VP-level role overseeing global application portfolios

10+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise application delivery across CRM, ERP, and HCM platforms, including demonstrated leadership of Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce.com at scale — with the ability to engage at a deep functional and technical level on both platforms
- Proven track record managing large, complex, multi-system and multi-region technology programs with competing priorities, stakeholders, and delivery timelines simultaneously
-
Demonstrated executive-level AI and digital transformation leadership — including experience evaluating, deploying, and governing AI/ML tools, intelligent automation (RPA/AI), and generative AI capabilities within enterprise business workflows
-
Deep experience with enterprise integration and API management platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, or equivalent iPaaS) to enable multi-system connectivity at scale
-
Strong fluency in data and analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and experience ensuring enterprise applications serve as trusted, decision-ready data sources
-
Cloud platform expertise across SaaS, PaaS, and cloud-hosted environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
-
Executive presence and communication skills — proven ability to influence C-suite executives, Board-level stakeholders, and senior business leaders; gifted at translating technology strategy into business outcomes
- Strong financial acumen with experience owning large operating and capital budgets, building multi-year investment roadmaps, and developing compelling business cases
-
10+ years of people leadership — experience building and scaling global, cross-functional technology organizations
- Compelling experience leading enterprise transformation with deep business process knowledge in finance, payroll, and human resources
- Strong working knowledge of multi-national operations, public company governance, and regulatory environments
- Contract negotiation and strategic vendor management experience at an enterprise scale
- Superior organizational, analytical, change management, and interpersonal skills
- 20% travel — some international

AI/ML platform experience (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, NetSuite AI, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI APIs, or equivalent enterprise AI tools) strongly preferred

Experience leading AI or automation transformation programs at an enterprise level
-
Low-code/no-code platform experience (e.g., Salesforce Flow, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar) to accelerate cross-functional delivery
