Hueman People Solutions is standing up Workable Premier as the system of record for a recruitment process outsourcing program supporting a Hueman client, a national healthcare organization providing value-based, in-home care to patients with chronic conditions across more than 30 states. The hiring profile spans licensed clinical roles, continuous-volume patient engagement roles, and corporate and specialist positions.
This contractor performs the hands-on build. The work covers requisition pipeline and workflow configuration by role family, scorecards and interview kits, careers presence and employer branding, approval workflow modeling, and the talent CRM and nurture layer that sustains always-on hiring for high-volume patient engagement roles. The contractor also supports user acceptance testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Requisition and workflow configuration. Build role-family pipelines for clinical, patient engagement, and corporate hiring, including stages, automations, scorecards, and interview kits aligned to the approved blueprint.
• Approval workflow modeling. Configure requisition approval chains that mirror the client existing HCM approval process across Finance and Operations, including hiring plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Careers presence and employer branding. Configure the branded careers page, job templates, and candidate communication templates for a consistent candidate experience.
• Talent CRM and nurture build. Build evergreen talent pools for continuous patient engagement hiring, with segmentation, automated nurture campaigns, and two-way texting workflows.
• AI sourcing enablement. Configure AI-assisted sourcing, candidate matching, and passive candidate engagement workflows, and document recruiter operating procedures for their use.
• Referral and video interview modules. Configure the employee referral landing page with source tracking, and set up video interview and assessment workflows for high-volume IT and call center roles.
• Testing and cutover support. Execute configuration test scripts, support user acceptance testing, triage and resolve configuration defects, and support cutover and the two-week hypercare period.
• Five or more years configuring applicant tracking systems in an implementation, administrator, or consulting capacity.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Workable, or with a comparable ATS such as Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, or Bullhorn, with demonstrated ability to become productive in Workable quickly.
• Demonstrated experience building talent CRM or candidate nurture programs, including segmented talent pools, automated email and SMS campaigns, and re-engagement workflows.
• Experience configuring multi-stage requisition approval workflows involving finance and operations approvers.
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing, including test script execution and defect triage.
• Ability to work independently against defined deliverables and acceptance criteria with limited day-to-day direction.
• Established business entity or sole proprietorship with the ability to invoice.
• Prior Workable Premier configuration experience, including AI sourcing, referral platform, and video interview modules.
• Healthcare or high-volume hiring configuration experience, including call center or clinical role families.
• Experience configuring an ATS for staffing, agency, or RPO delivery rather than a single-employer model.
• Familiarity with candidate texting compliance, including consent capture and opt-out handling.
• This is an independent contractor engagement. The contractor is not an employee of Hueman People Solutions and is not eligible for employee benefits, paid time off, or unemployment or workers compensation coverage through Hueman.
• The contractor determines the means, methods, sequence, and schedule of the work, subject only to the deliverables, acceptance criteria, and milestone dates set out in the statement of work.
• The contractor supplies their own equipment, software, and workspace, except where client system access must be provisioned by the client organization.
• Compensation is paid against invoices submitted per the statement of work. A Form W-9 is required before the first payment and a Form 1099-NEC will be issued.
• The contractor is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including self-employment tax.
• The engagement has a defined end date. It does not create an expectation of continued or renewed work, and the contractor is free to perform services for other clients during the term, subject to the confidentiality and conflict provisions of the agreement.
• Execution of a confidentiality agreement is required prior to system access. All configuration work product is delivered as a work made for hire to Hueman People Solutions.
