Zoho Consultant

We're looking for a Zoho Consultant who enjoys understanding business processes and transforming them into practical Zoho solutions.

Location: Germany or Türkiye · Remote

Responsibilities:

- Analyze customer requirements and business processes

- Design and implement Zoho-based solutions

- Configure Zoho One applications

- Lead customer workshops and onboarding sessions

- Optimize CRM, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations workflows

- Identify automation opportunities

- Work closely with our development team

- Support customers throughout implementation projects

- Experience with Zoho One or individual Zoho applications

- Strong communication and consulting skills

- Structured and solution-oriented mindset

- Fluent German (C1+) and good English

- Experience with CRM or ERP projects is a plus
