For this specific role, you will be contracted directly by Inallmedia.com to join a high-impact innovation project for a world-renowned, fast-paced enterprise platform.

Project Overview

You will join a cutting-edge operational innovation squad tasked with revolutionizing enterprise workflows through advanced automation. In this role, you will lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation integration solutions, bridging internal proprietary AI 'co-workers' and data platform services directly with the Salesforce Agentforce ecosystem.

This is a highly sophisticated, enterprise-scale challenge where you will balance reasoning latency, transaction throughput, and strict security boundaries to shape the future of autonomous agent-to-agent interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect Integration Blueprints: Design and architect end-to-end integration blueprints connecting internal proprietary AI co-workers and data platform services directly into Salesforce Agentforce environments.
  • Optimize AI Frameworks: Apply advanced engineering frameworks to select the most optimal integration pattern, balancing transaction throughput, reasoning latency, and operational costs.
  • Enforce Decentralized Structures: Design decentralized micro-agent structures to prevent monolithic reasoning engines and enforce strict governance guardrails.
  • Package Semantic Tools: Package complex backend processes into semantic tools for AI agents using Invocable Apex methods and Salesforce Flows.
  • Data Orchestration: Coordinate high-scale, real-time data synchronization across distributed cloud systems.
  • Technical Documentation: Author comprehensive Architectural Decision Records (ADRs) that seamlessly map High-Level Requirements against technical realities.
  • Security & Governance: Establish strong authentication boundaries and data governance filters to protect critical corporate assets.

Must-Have Skills

  • Enterprise Architecture: 8+ years of proven experience in Enterprise System Architecture and Integration Engineering.
  • AI/LLM Orchestration: Strong track record in AI/LLM orchestration, including a foundational understanding of Large Language Model mechanics, context window optimization, and prompt engineering.
  • Salesforce Integration Mastery: Expert-level mastery of Salesforce mechanics and architecture utilized for external integrations.
  • Modern API Ecosystems: Expert-level experience with REST, gRPC, and event-driven, real-time streaming architectures.
  • Security & Governance: Solid command over corporate data governance frameworks and enterprise-grade security protocols.
  • Remote & Agile Mindset: Extensive experience working autonomously in Agile teams within 100% remote environments.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills for daily technical collaboration.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or orchestrating Agent-to-Agent (A2A) automated interactions.
  • Familiarity with hands-on Salesforce Agentforce configurations.
  • Practical experience using enterprise middleware platforms like MuleSoft and native Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience implementing semantic search and tool discovery systems for autonomous agents.

Time Zone & Collaboration

The role requires close collaboration with teams aligned to Central Time (CT). Full integration with the US-based team during core operational hours is expected, allowing for real-time collaboration and agile synchronization.
