Account Managers at Openprovider own commercial expansion inside our existing customer base - growing revenue and margin through retention, upgrades, and product adoption, while reducing lifecycle friction and improving customer experience. This is not a passive account management role.

Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across domains, security, and infrastructure products
Drive membership upgrades based on usage, complexity, and value realization
Actively build and manage an expansion pipeline, not just react to inbound demand
Proactively manage account health across onboarding, activation, usage, and renewal
Reduce churn by identifying risk early and acting before renewal moments
Increase attach rates of add-on products (SSL, DNS, email, etc.)
Ensure new customers reach operational usage quickly
Remove friction in onboarding, integration, and first transactions
Align onboarding with real customer use cases, not generic flows
Act as structured voice of the customer, not anecdotal
Feed recurring friction, feature gaps, and opportunities into Product and Marketing
Contribute to improving lifecycle flows, not just handling issues
Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene and forecasting
Use data to prioritise accounts and opportunities
Balance effort between high-value accounts and scalable growth
