• Monitor a dedicated email inbox for incoming customer orders

• Process sales orders and generate invoices in Xero

• Apply predetermined customer discounts accurately based on account notes
<\/div>
• Send order confirmations and templated email responses to customers
<\/div>
• Prepare and forward order documentation to the warehouse for dispatch
<\/div>
• Assist with general admin tasks, including basic email management and data entry Issue simple credit notes and support basic accounts\-related admin when required

• Liaise with the warehouse to help ensure orders are actioned within required cut\-off times
