AI Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Azure AI Developer with strong Python expertise and experience designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The candidate should be capable of independently coding AI applications and integrating them with enterprise systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered applications, chatbots, copilots, and autonomous agents using Azure OpenAI.

• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using Azure AI Search and vector databases.

• Build single-agent and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel.

• Develop scalable Python APIs and backend services and integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications.

• Apply prompt engineering, evaluation, monitoring, security, responsible AI, and cost optimization practices.

Required Skills

• Advanced Python, REST APIs, FastAPI or Flask, Git, and CI/CD.

• Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, and Azure App Services.

• LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG architecture, and Agentic AI patterns.

• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex.

• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, API integration, AI security, governance, and observability.

Preferred Experience

• 8+ years of software development experience, including hands-on Generative AI or LLM solution development.

• Experience delivering production-grade AI agents, chatbot solutions, and enterprise AI applications on Azure.

• Microsoft Azure AI Engineer certification or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
