Role Title: AI Engineer for Software Development

US Citizenship Required: GC or US Citizens 
Location: Remote

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2–3 years of specialized AI development experience in technology or software development using Visual Studio Code, Python, Selenium, Databricks, Co-pilot etc.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing solutions using Visual Studio Code, Python, and other programming languages to harness generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
• Develop AI tool/program to create technical requirements by leveraging current and past business user stories. Train and mentor assigned resources on effective AI utilization, including: o Using AI to develop technical requirements from business user stories. o Integrating AI with the current test automation framework to create test scripts.
• Propose AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and providing actionable recommendations.
• Document process changes using agreed standards, methods, and tools to maintain consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Design and implement automated solutions leveraging Visual Studio, Python, and generative AI.
• Integrate automation solutions with existing software systems and databases.
• Provide technical oversight and review work completed by other team members.
• Demonstrate professionalism, deliver quality service, and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude.

Expected Deliverables:

• Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation.
• Design and implement prototypes and pilot AI-enabled solutions for Requirements and Test Automation.
• Develop guidance, best practices, and toolkits to support teams in integrating AI into daily workflows.

Education: A degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field is preferred.
