AI Engineer (Azure)

We are looking for a Mid-level Azure AI Engineer to join an international project and build cloud-native data and AI solutions. In this role, you will design and implement robust AI applications using modern Microsoft Azure services, automation tools, and LLM frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud-native data and AI solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
• Manage and enhance Azure-based environments to ensure high performance, security, and scalability.
• Integrate AI and data solutions with Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of cloud workloads using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable cloud architecture.
• Promote operational excellence, security, and compliance across all AI engineering processes.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in cloud engineering, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure infrastructure and AI workloads.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• AI & Frameworks: Practical knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architectures, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure AI Services (Speech, Vision, etc.).
• Security & Governance: Strong understanding of Azure security, governance, compliance, and operational best practices for AI and cloud workloads.
• Automation & IaC: Hands-on experience with IaC (Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Scripting/Programming: Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Languages: Good command of English (B2/C1) for daily communication in an international setting, Polish communicative.
• Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to Have:

• BSc/BA degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer, Azure AI Engineer).

• Rate: 120-145 PLN/h + VAT (B2B).
