Your Mission: Transform Mental Healthcare from the Road

At Neuronetics, we don’t just sell technology; we change lives. As a Traveling Associate Practice Development Manager, you are the vital link between our life-changing NeuroStar technology and the patients who need it most. You aren’t just "managing accounts" - you are a strategic consultant helping healthcare providers optimize their practices and reach more people struggling with depression.

If you have a hunter’s mindset, a consultant’s heart, and a passion for the open road, we want you on our team.

What Your Impact Will Look Like

  • Be the Expert Architect: You’ll consult directly with clinical practices, using our "5 Stars" success program to turn good clinics into world-class mental health hubs.
  • Drive the Volume: You’ll own the growth of NeuroStar Treatment Sessions (NSTS) across your territory, identifying untapped potential in established accounts.
  • Champion the Patient: By improving practice efficiency and visibility, you ensure more patients gain access to industry-leading treatment.
  • The Ultimate Road Warrior: You’ll spend up to 70% of your time traveling, building deep, face-to-face relationships with providers across New Jersey, New York, and Maryland.
  • Collaborate for Success: You’ll work in lockstep with Area Sales Managers and Clinical Trainers to ensure our customers feel supported at every level.

Who You Are

  • A Results-Driven Partner: You have a Bachelor’s degree and a proven track record in account development (bonus points for healthcare or biotech).
  • A Master Communicator: You can take complex clinical data and turn it into a persuasive, easy-to-understand business case.
  • Hyper-Organized: Managing a multi-state territory requires elite time management. You thrive in the "organized chaos" of travel.
  • Mission-Oriented: You aren't just looking for a paycheck; you want to be part of a team that is literally transforming the mental health landscape.

Preferred "Superpowers":

  • Experience with Buy & Bill models.
  • A background in neurology, psychiatry, or oncology.
  • Experience launching new therapeutic programs in a clinical setting.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Purpose: Work for a mission-driven company that is a leader in the TMS space.
  • Growth: This isn’t just a job; it’s a career path in a high-growth industry.
  • Transparency: We offer a competitive $75k base with a $20k OTE incentive, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Flexibility: Enjoy a dynamic work environment where no two days (or two cities) are ever the same.
