About Us

ISTA Personnel Solutions is a fast-growing BPO providing dedicated support to U.S.-based clients. We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation Specialist to support a U.S. healthcare technology client.

This role focuses on research, prospecting, and outbound engagement to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads. It is not a high-volume call centre role, but rather a strategic outreach and research-driven position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential B2B prospects in the U.S. healthcare sector

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads

  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions

  • Assist in developing and improving lead generation processes

  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in lead generation or business development

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Professional and confident communication style

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Comfortable working in a less structured environment

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms

 

Advantageous

  • Experience targeting U.S.-based clients

  • Exposure to healthcare or SaaS environments

  • Previous LinkedIn outreach/prospecting experience

Working Conditions

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 EST
    (15:00 – 00:00 or 16:00 – 01:00 SA time, depending on daylight savings)

  • Public Holidays: Required to work SA & U.S. public holidays (BCEA compliant compensation applies)

  • Work Setup: Fully remote

  • Fixed fibre internet (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download)

  • Wired Ethernet connection

  • Reliable backup power solution
