Introduction

We're seeking a proactive and highly organized Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to our founder. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in the day-to-day execution and long-term planning of a fast-moving AI startup. Youโ€™ll work across operations, finance, HR, and go-to-market, serving as a force multiplier for the CEO and CRO, owning critical operational functions and helping build and scale the company's systems, tools, and priorities in a lean environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily administrative tasks, manage core operational processes, and support key compliance initiatives, including SOC 2 certification efforts, to ensure smooth and secure internal operations.
  • People & HR: Manage onboarding workflows, maintain contractor agreements, and ensure employee documentation is up to date.
  • Finance Support: Coordinate invoicing, track expenses, and liaise with payroll vendors.
  • Marketing Ops: Support the go-to-market team with campaign coordination, website updates, and execution of light marketing tasks.
  • Project Management: Run team operating cadences (e.g., meeting agendas, reporting rhythms, project tracking systems).
  • Strategic Communications: Develop presentations, reports, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders, including board updates and company-wide announcements.
  • Insights & Reporting: Analyze internal KPIs and surface key findings and recommendations to leadership.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • 3+ years in operations, executive support, HR coordination, or Chief of Staff-style roles
  • Experience in fast-paced, early-stage SaaS or tech startup environments
  • Proficiency with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) and other standard productivity software (e.g., GSuite, Notion, Airtable, Asana, or ClickUp).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and execution abilities
  • Comfort working directly with founders and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
