Our administration team is seeking a driven administrator to be part of our Senior Leadership Team. You will provide extensive support to the Head of group admin  and the wider Habit Health team.This is a shared national role that provides administration support and day-to-day frontline advice.

This position is not location-bound and can be based anywhere in New Zealand for the right candidate.

Main responsibilities:  

  • Provide administration support, based on exceptional customer service, to the entire clinic admin team and wider Habit Health.   
  • Provide adequate support and leverage to the Senior Clinic Support Manager to ensure efficient and effective administration services are delivered consistently across all locations. 
  • Responsible for training, coaching and supporting clinic administrators to be proficient is the usage of our PMS practice management system and all administration processes.

The ideal candidate:

  • Five plus years’ leadership experience essential.
  • Proven team lead experience and remote leadership experience (an advantage)
  • Experience in ACC processes is desirable but not essential 
  • Excellent computer skills- Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, OneNote, Excel essential)
  • Practice Management System experience –Gensolve experience an advantage but not essential
  • Fluent communication skills – you will be collaborating with a whole team.
  • ACC operational, medical and policy knowledge related to rehabilitation
