About the Role

We’re hiring a Remote Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist to join a commercial finance brokerage that partners with a network of banks to help businesses finance equipment purchases. Your role is to be the first point of contact engaging potential clients, generating leads, and sparking interest in our financing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential business clients (end users)

  • Introduce our equipment financing solutions in a friendly and professional manner

  • Engage prospects in conversation to qualify leads based on business needs

  • Record call outcomes, lead info, and follow-up actions using spreadsheets

  • Follow a structured pitch but adapt conversationally to build rapport

  • Collaborate with internal team on warm leads and handoff process

  • Maintain a positive, consistent daily outreach volume

  • Learn about industry trends and financing offers from our partner banks

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in cold calling or outbound sales

  • Clear, fluent, and engaging English communication (spoken and written)

  • Confident and upbeat phone presence; strong ability to build rapport quickly

  • Results-driven and self-motivated to hit outreach/lead targets

  • Tech-comfortable: can manage call tracking and lead data in spreadsheets

  • Professional, friendly, and able to represent a financial services brand

  • Strong work ethic, consistency, and reliability in remote work environments

  • Prior experience in commercial finance, lending, or equipment sales is a plus
