We're looking for a Cold Email Specialist who can take ownership of outbound infrastructure, CRM automation, and campaign delivery across multiple client engagements. This is a highly hands-on role that combines cold outbound, RevOps, CRM configuration, automation, reporting, and client communication.

This role starts part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) with a clear pathway to full-time as the business continues to grow. You'll be joining a fast-moving, systems-focused team that values initiative, documentation, and continuous improvement.

 

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Build and manage outbound sales infrastructure, including sending domains, inbox setup, deliverability monitoring, and inbox warm-up
  • Create and maintain targeted prospect lists using tools such as Apollo, Clay, and email verification platforms
  • Build, optimize, and manage outbound campaigns across Instantly, Smartlead, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
  • Develop and execute cold email sequences and multi-channel outbound strategies
  • Configure and manage CRM systems, including GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and Salesforce
  • Build automation workflows using Zapier, Make, and API integrations to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Support lead scoring, pipeline management, lifecycle automation, and sales process optimization
  • Deliver client-facing reports, campaign insights, and regular project updates
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies
  • Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, templates, and handover materials
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high-quality delivery standards
 

What We're Looking For – You're the Perfect Fit if You

(Non-negotiable Requirements)

  • Are based in the Philippines
  • Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in outbound sales operations, RevOps, CRM administration, GTM operations, or a similar delivery-focused role (MANDATORY)
  • Have proven experience managing outbound infrastructure, including cold email setup, inbox deliverability, email warm-up, and list hygiene
  • Are proficient with Instantly and/or Smartlead, Apollo, and CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel or HubSpot
  • Have experience building and maintaining automations using Zapier, Make, or similar workflow automation tools
  • Can independently build, launch, and optimize outbound campaigns from prospecting through to reporting
  • Possess strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Are comfortable participating in client meetings and communicating professionally with stakeholders
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in maintaining documentation and processes
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment

What Sets You Apart – You'll Shine Even Brighter With

  • Advanced Clay experience, including enrichment waterfalls, conditional logic, and workflow optimization
  • Experience with LinkedIn and outbound automation tools such as HeyReach, Expandi, Dripify, or PhantomBuster
  • Exposure to Salesforce and multi-client agency or service delivery environments
  • Experience configuring AI-powered workflows, including reply agents, chatbots, and lead qualification automations
  • Proven ability to build SOPs, operational processes, and documentation from scratch
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts or engagements simultaneously
  • Familiarity with n8n, API integrations, and advanced workflow automation concepts
 

Work Schedule & Employment Terms

  • Initially Part-Time (Approx. 20 Hours Per Week)
  • Opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and business growth
  • Some overlap required with Australian business hours for client meetings and team collaboration
  • Remote work setup
