Commercial Pharma CRM Solution Architect

We are seeking experienced Commercial Pharmaceutical CRM Solution Architects to support strategic Life Sciences CRM transformation and implementation initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring strong pharmaceutical commercial business process expertise, CRM solution design experience, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions. This role requires a combination of Life Sciences commercial domain expertise, CRM platform knowledge, and solution architecture capabilities.

Commercial Pharma Business Process & Strategy

• Analyze pharmaceutical commercial business processes, workflows, and operational requirements.
• Support HCP/HCO engagement, customer targeting, territory management, and field sales processes.
• Understand pharmaceutical sales operations, multichannel engagement, and customer data management.
• Facilitate business requirements and solution design workshops. CRM Solution Architecture
• Define future-state CRM business solutions aligned with commercial operations.
• Support CRM implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into functional solution designs.
• Collaborate with technical architects, developers, and delivery teams.
• Support transitions between legacy commercial CRM platforms and modern cloud-based solutions. Business Process Harmonization
• Document current-state and future-state workflows.
• Identify opportunities to standardize commercial processes.
• Support integration of CRM capabilities into the broader Life Sciences technology ecosystem.
• Align solution designs with business adoption and operational readiness. Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery
• Partner with pharmaceutical commercial leadership, business SMEs, IT, and implementation teams.
• Participate in solution reviews, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Provide business-facing architectural guidance throughout delivery. Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical commercial industry experience.
• Strong functional understanding of Commercial Pharma CRM.
• Experience with at least one relevant platform: Veeva CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, IQVIA OCE, or Pitcher.
• Demonstrated CRM implementation or solution design experience.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate independently within cross-functional delivery teams. Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementation experience.
• Experience with Veeva CRM migrations or commercial CRM modernization.
• Salesforce or Veeva CRM certifications.
• Pharmaceutical sales force effectiveness and commercial operations expertise.
• Experience with HCP/HCO master data, consent, sampling, or omnichannel engagement.
