Job Description

We’re looking for an A-player with 3–5+ years of experience in content writing and social media management. The ideal candidate combines strong writing skills, creative thinking, strategic planning, and a results-driven mindset. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and capable of turning business objectives into engaging content and effective social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute content and social media strategies aligned with client goals. 
• Write high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. 
• Plan, create, and manage social media content calendars across relevant platforms. 
• Develop compelling captions, campaign concepts, and platform-specific content. 
• Research industry trends, audience behavior, competitors, and relevant topics. 
• Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and the marketing team to deliver cohesive campaigns. 
• Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize content based on results. 
• Maintain brand voice, messaging consistency, and high editorial standards. 
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats. 
• Use AI-powered tools effectively to improve research, ideation, and productivity without compromising content quality.

Requirements 

• 3–5+ years of proven experience in content writing, copywriting, and social media management. 
• Excellent written English, grammar, storytelling, and editing skills. 
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and audience engagement. 
• Experience managing multiple projects, brands, or client accounts. 
• Ability to combine creativity with strategic thinking and performance analysis. 
• Familiarity with social media analytics and content management tools. 
• Experience with AI writing and productivity tools. 
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. 
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with minimal supervision. 
• A strong portfolio demonstrating writing quality, content creativity, and social media results.
