Forbes Advisor is looking for a CRM Executive to help build and deliver brilliant lifecycle marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who loves getting campaigns live – building, testing, and optimizing email, SMS, and other lifecycle communications across one or two of our verticals.
You’ll work closely with your CRM Manager to bring the lifecycle strategy to life, collaborating with teams across Product, Data, Design, and Commercial. Day to day, you’ll build and schedule campaigns, set up audience segments, and help make sure everything ships on time and to a high standard.
The person we’re looking for is well-organized, detail-oriented, and takes real pride in getting things done accurately and on time. You’re a self-starter who’s adaptable, comfortable juggling several campaigns at once, and happy to test and learn (even when that means test and fail).
This role reports to the Senior CRM Manager.
