Keep CRM records clean, complete, and up to date (especially agency/TAM accounts).
Add and update accounts and contacts.
Deduplicate/merge records and fix field inconsistencies.
Build and refresh prospecting lists for sales and BDR teams.
Handle recurring CRM support and admin tasks.
Track work and communicate status consistently.
1–3+ years of experience in CRM support, sales ops, rev ops, or data operations.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
Strong spreadsheet and data cleanup skills.
High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive process work.
Reliable communication and task follow-through.
Experience with TAM/account mapping or data enrichment (plus).
Experience supporting BDR/sales teams (plus).
AI literacy (plus).
