Position: Customer Onboarding & Technical Support Specialist (GHL Expert)
Location: Remote (Work From Home – South Africa)
Work Hours: 06:00 – 14:00 SAST, Monday – Friday (client-dependent shifts)

Reports To: COO / CTO and Project Manager
Salary: R40 000 per month (non-negotiable)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding & Technical Support Specialist with strong expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) and related marketing automation platforms to join a fast-growing international SaaS technology company.
This role focuses on client onboarding, platform demonstrations, and ongoing technical support for users of an all-in-one business automation and marketing platform built on a GoHighLevel framework.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients via Zoom calls, support tickets, and group training sessions to help them successfully set up, understand, and maximize the platform’s features. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong technical knowledge, patience, and a passion for helping clients solve technical challenges.
