Introduction

Position: Customer Onboarding & Technical Support Specialist (GHL Expert)
Location: Remote (Work From Home – South Africa)
Work Hours: 06:00 – 14:00 SAST, Monday – Friday (client-dependent shifts)
Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Reports To: COO / CTO and Project Manager
Salary: R40 000 per month (non-negotiable)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding & Technical Support Specialist with strong expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) and related marketing automation platforms to join a fast-growing international SaaS technology company.

This role focuses on client onboarding, platform demonstrations, and ongoing technical support for users of an all-in-one business automation and marketing platform built on a GoHighLevel framework.

The successful candidate will work directly with clients via Zoom calls, support tickets, and group training sessions to help them successfully set up, understand, and maximize the platform’s features. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong technical knowledge, patience, and a passion for helping clients solve technical challenges.

This position is designed for someone seeking long-term, permanent employment within a supportive and collaborative remote team environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct software demo calls for prospective platform users.
  • Facilitate client onboarding sessions via Zoom, assisting clients in setting up their accounts in accordance with internal SOPs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for platform users.
  • Monitor and manage customer support tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
  • Assist clients in configuring and utilizing platform features effectively.
  • Run daily group training sessions to demonstrate platform functionality and educate users.
  • Create training materials or Loom videos to guide clients through technical processes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues through direct system access or guided support sessions.
  • Follow and maintain internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding, support, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain professional and supportive communication with clients at all times.
  • Assist users transitioning from other platforms to configure their systems successfully.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 1+ years experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) or HighLevel-based platforms.
  • GHL Certification is highly advantageous.
  • Experience supporting or onboarding clients to marketing automation or SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Thinkific, or similar systems.
  • Strong ability to run Zoom calls, product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training calls.
  • Experience managing customer support tickets and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to attend scheduled calls consistently.
  • Own laptop or computer, quality webcam, and microphone suitable for client-facing video calls.

Package & Remuneration
