Role: Lead supply chain module discussions with techno-functional ownership

Key Responsibilities

For F&O Functional Consultants

Work on D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) modules (Finance preferred)

Support implementation, configuration, and testing cycles

Collaborate with senior consultants and client stakeholders

Translate business requirements into D365 solutions

Participate in UAT, documentation, and post-go-live support

For Supply Chain Techno-Functional Consultant

Lead Supply Chain modules (Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics)

Act as bridge between business and technical teams

Provide solution architecture inputs + hands-on functional expertise

Guide junior consultants and ensure delivery quality

Engage directly with client leadership and stakeholders

Mandatory Requirements (Both Roles)

Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) F&O

D365 Certifications are mandatory/preferred:

MB-300 (Core)

MB-310 (Finance)

MB-330 (Supply Chain)

Proven implementation experience (end-to-end projects)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in client-facing, fast-paced environments

Additional Requirements

For F&O Roles:

Hands-on functional experience in Finance modules

Exposure to European clients is a plus

For Supply Chain Role:

20+ years total experience

Strong techno-functional capability

Prior experience in solution design / architecture

Ability to independently drive workshops and solutioning
