Data Engineer - Level III

Confiz LLC is looking for an experienced Data Engineer/Analytics professional with strong expertise in SQL, ETL pipelines, cloud technologies (AWS/GCP), and data visualization tools to support complex supply chain analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable data pipelines, transforming large datasets into actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and prior supply chain domain experience are highly preferred..

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with Supply chain teams to understand complex data patterns and deliver on analytics aspects
• Build data pipelines that clean, transform, and aggregate data from disparate sources
• Use agile software development processes to make iterative improvements to our back-end systems
• Model front-end and back-end data sources to help draw a more comprehensive picture of user flows throughout the system and to enable powerful data analysis
• Develop models that can be used to make predictions and answer questions for the overall business

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with  SQL, and data visualization/exploration tools
• 4+ years experience in building data pipeline using ETL technologies
• Experience with tools like Metabase, Looker, Airflow is preferred .
• 4+ years experience in with the AWS, GCP Cloud technologies,
• Communication skills, especially for explaining technical concepts to nontechnical business leaders
• Prior supply chain experience is huge plus.
• Ability to work on a dynamic, research-oriented team that has concurrent projects

Education: 

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related discipline
• Professional certification
