Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize and update their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences. Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide.



Responsibilities

What You'll Do

You will be a driving force in the delivery and governance of Digital Product’s 2026 High Integrity Commitments (HICs), serving as the operational engine that ensures we meet critical LL1 objectives. In this high-visibility role, you will tackle whitespace problems and drive execution across multiple Product Pillars. You will champion the Unified Backlog process by leading prioritization and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in our workflows and tooling. By bridging the gap between strategy and execution, you will provide the necessary rigor and risk management to ensure the organization’s most important goals remain on track for delivery.

 

Program Management & Unified Backlog Best Practices

  • Facilitate adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent project delivery in support of Integrated Services’ goals

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives

  • Champion the Unified Backlog process within Digital Product, act as the voice of Digital Product to drive continuous improvement in Unified Backlog processes and tooling

  • Lead prioritization and scheduling of Unified Backlog Digital Product items to ensure on time approvals in adherence with critical cut-off dates

High Integrity Commitment Management

  • Support delivery of Digital Product’s 2026 top priorities (High Integrity Commitments) across multiple Product Pillars

  • Support engineering containability and commitment confirmation for all 2027 HICs

  • Support HIC governance/tooling build out and ongoing management for bi-weekly executive leadership reporting

Communication and Stakeholder Management

  • Support the development streamlined organizational communication and feedback channels, as part of healthy organizational change management; ensure transparency, awareness, knowledge, adoption, and recognition

  • Increase consistency and efficacy across teams, aligning to workforce strategy and business priorities

Risk Management

  • Exhibit strategic thinking capabilities and dynamic problem-solving skills

  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, articulate risks, trade-offs and recommended prioritization based on a balance of business needs, constraints, and customer impact

Metrics and KPIs

  • Track progress of priorities from new demand through engineering completion

  • Support the adoption of agile collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to establish broader transparency and prioritization of work, in partnership with cross-functional teams

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the PMO team



Qualifications

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 4+ years of professional experience, particularly in an enterprise software development or startup organization

  • Experience with supporting complex, cross-functional projects, including how to manage complexities such as disparate roadmaps, dependencies, and other such constraints.

  • Well-versed in using dashboards to track project performance

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, persistence, and resilience; methodical thinker with an ability to thrive on and drive change while navigating ambiguity

  • Ability to think critically and apply a design/systems thinking approach toward operationally efficient work

  • Experience with process documentation and training

  • Passion for self-growth and desire to learn new skills and gain knowledge

 

Even better, you may have...

  • Master’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred

  • 2+ years of Product Management / Product Ownership of embedded hardware or software development

  • Familiarity with Jira

  • Experience with in-vehicle architectures and their roadmaps, constraints and complexities

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Ability to influence without authority

This position is a range of salary grades 7-8 and ranges from $86,600-$166,200. 

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
