About the Client:

A small, growing online fitness coaching business focused on providing valuable content to generate leads. The business owner is highly engaged in client fulfillment and content creation, requiring a high-quality, professional Virtual Assistant to manage the top-of-funnel sales process and drive business growth.

About the Role:

This role is focused entirely on written outreach, nurturing, qualification, and DM-driven lead generation. The job is to start conversations, build interest, warm cold leads, and move qualified prospects toward booked calls using strategic messaging. No phone work is required. This is a critical position requiring an emotionally steady professional capable of managing high-volume, structured communications.

Core Duties

  • Daily DM outreach based on new followers, story replies, post engagement, and saved content.
  • Warm and nurture cold or warm leads through structured written messaging.
  • Search for new leads using the LenaJ Hot Spot Strategy to expand reach, generate fresh conversations, and consistently feed the pipeline.
  • Deliver lead magnets through Google Docs and collect audit responses via Google Forms.
  • Track every conversation and stage accurately in Airtable.
  • Re-engage old leads via DM or email based on their history.
  • Use ChatGPT to maintain tone, refine messaging, and clarify fitness questions.
  • Support email or DM campaigns as needed.
  • Maintain consistent daily outreach volume based on set targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have Attributes (Soft Skills & Mindset)

  • Emotionally steady, consistent, and comfortable with direct feedback. (Dealbreaker if easily overwhelmed or defensive with feedback.)
  • Strong written English and DM-based sales experience.
  • Able to follow a structured workflow and maintain accurate tracking.
  • Self-organized and able to work independently.

Technical & Operational Skills

  • Proven background in DM setting, appointment setting, or written lead generation.
  • Ability to manage 10 to 20 active conversations without dropping leads.
  • Experience proactively finding new leads on Instagram, not just responding to inbound.
  • Comfortable using ChatGPT to maintain tone and bridge fitness knowledge gaps.
  • Experience with Airtable or other CRM systems.
  • Experience with Google Docs or Google Forms in a lead generation workflow.

Ideal Candidate Traits

  • Prefer phone communication instead of digital messaging as their primary method.
  • Rely heavily on scripts and struggle to adapt or improvise when needed.
  • Have difficulty staying organized or managing task tracking effectively.
