We are seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors for a 100% remote position based in Portugal. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for users of a major digital payment platform, ensuring every interaction is smooth, helpful, and high-quality.

Your Responsibilities: What You'll Do

As a remote specialist, your day-to-day will involve:

  • Multi-Channel Support: Deliver friendly and effective assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve inquiries regarding account access, transaction history, payment processing, and general platform use.
  • Guided Troubleshooting: Walk users through technical solutions step-by-step with patience and clarity.
  • Security & Billing: Address questions related to account safety, refunds, billing discrepancies, and platform features.
  • Documentation: Categorize and log interactions accurately while escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments.
  • Continuous Learning: Keep pace with service updates and policy changes to ensure users receive the most current information.
  • Brand Advocacy: Build long-term trust and loyalty through empathetic service and a professional demeanor.

Candidate Profile: Who You Are

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Language Mastery: Proficiency in Dutch (C1 level) and a strong command of English (B2 level).
  • Residency: You must currently live in Portugal or be ready to relocate (please note that visa or work permit sponsorship is not available).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Soft Skills: A patient, empathetic nature with a knack for solving problems creatively.
  • Digital Savvy: Comfort with online payment systems and digital financial tools.
  • Remote Discipline: The ability to work independently from home with excellent time management and organization.
