Duties & Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Own an executive's calendar, inbox, and priorities so their attention goes where it matters
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and follow-ups without being chased
  • Manage projects end to end — you'll be the one people check in with, not the other way around
  • Handle confidential information with total discretion
  • Build and document the systems your executive runs on

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of executive assistant or high-level administrative experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong judgment — you can make decisions without needing permission for everything
  • Proactive by default. You spot the problem before it becomes one
  • Comfortable learning new tools quickly (AI experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll train you)
  • Reliable home office setup: quiet space, stable internet, working computer and headset
