Field Service Engineer at Signode - APT Reliability Services

We are seeking a UK based Field Service Engineer to join our APT Reliability Services department at Signode. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the field.

• Travel to client sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment

• Conduct regular maintenance checks and provide technical assistance

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Document service activities and maintain accurate records

Profile:

• Degree in Electro mechanics, mechanics, electricity, electro technics or similar

• 3 year experience in a similar function is an asset

• Customer oriented and problem solving attitude with high sense of responsibility

• Fluent in English

• Computer literate (min. MS Office)

• Knowledge of programming a PLC, preferably Siemens, is an advantage
