You will work closely with product, design, and AI teams to build scalable, intuitive, and high-impact software. Location: 100% remote from Latin America. Working hours are based between US Central or Eastern Time Zone.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications across front-end and back-end systems.
- Build and integrate APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
- Integrate AI capabilities such as LLMs, OCR, and automation tools into product workflows.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the platform.
- Participate in architecture decisions and contribute to product strategy.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Required Skill & Qualifications
- 3+ Years of experience building modern web applications (React, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks)
- Strong back-end development experience (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
- Experience working with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Understanding of software architecture, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML, LLM integration, OCR pipelines, or automation tools
- Familiarity with DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures
- Experience working in startups or product-driven teams
- Background in AEC, GovTech, PropTech, or document processing platforms
