As we continue expanding globally, we're looking for an exceptional GoHighLevel Automation Specialist who can help build, optimize, and continuously improve one of the world's most AI-first CRM ecosystems.
This isn't a traditional CRM Administrator role.
You won't simply update contacts or build basic workflows.
You'll become one of the technical builders responsible for designing the operational systems that power Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Events, Partnerships, Recruitment, Product Launches, and Customer Education.
You'll work directly with Executive Leadership, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Product, Automation Specialists, AI Engineers, and Designers to create intelligent customer journeys that are scalable, measurable, and continuously improving.

USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on your GoHighLevel expertise, automation capability, AI proficiency, systems thinking, and overall alignment with the role.

We're looking for someone who thinks in systems.
Someone who naturally sees opportunities to automate repetitive work, improve customer journeys, eliminate operational friction, and build scalable business infrastructure.
You'll build sophisticated GoHighLevel solutions including CRM systems, funnels, automations, websites, forms, calendars, opportunity pipelines, email and SMS campaigns, reporting dashboards, AI workflows, and customer lifecycle automations.
This is an AI-first technical role.
You'll be expected to actively use AI throughout planning, development, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.

As our GoHighLevel Automation Specialist, you'll design, build, test, deploy, document, and optimize advanced GoHighLevel solutions across multiple brands, products, and business units.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, HR, and Executive Leadership to ensure our CRM ecosystem remains scalable, reliable, and continuously improving.
This is an independent role requiring someone who is highly accountable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through completion.

In addition to your monthly retainer, you'll be eligible for monthly performance incentives, based on measurable contribution, including:
