Location: Remote (Work From Home – South Africa)
Hours: 06:00 – 14:00 SAST, Monday to Friday (client-dependent shifts)
Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Reports To: CEO
Salary: R40 000 per month (non-negotiable)

Our client is a fast-growing international SaaS and business automation platform built on GoHighLevel (GHL). They support a diverse client base across Australia, the United States, and beyond, helping businesses maximise the value of their CRM and marketing automation systems.
They're looking for an experienced Customer Onboarding, Technical Support & Sales Specialist with advanced GoHighLevel expertise to join their high-performing remote team.
This is a client-facing role that combines software demonstrations, onboarding, technical support, customer training, and relationship management. It is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and human aspects of customer success.
