Graphic Designer

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with technical SMEs to conceptualize and render innovative and compliant proposal graphics
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations and express ideas accurately
• Applies the color palette for proposal graphics and oral presentations
• Update and maintain internal databases for version controls and file maintenance procedures
• Provide other administrative support to the Proposal Manager, as required
• Distribute, organize, and coordinate data calls, as required

• Expert in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily PowerPoint
• Experience translating data into visually appealing layouts and infographics
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
• Flexibility to work independently with minimal supervision

The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
