About the Role:

As a Graphic Designer for OneWater Marine, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, on-brand marketing materials to support our boat dealerships across the country. You will work closely with the Director of Creative Services, other Graphic Designers, and marketing support teams to develop and execute design projects that communicate our brand messages effectively for various campaigns. Your designs will play a crucial role in enhancing our company and dealerships' brand image, while driving engagement with our target audiences. You will work on a variety of projects with a variety of deliverables, including digital, print and motion. You will work on projects for a variety of dealer brands, ensuring brand identities are maintained and refined, over time. As this is a fully remote position, you will need to be able to work independently to stay on task and keep up with assigned work. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree or certificate in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, including the latest Adobe AI capabilities
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in written and virtual formats (Teams, email, video calls).
  • Experience working with multiple brands within the same company
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality and consistency in deliverables
  • Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to manage time and priorities independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Background working with high-ticket items or luxury markets (e.g., marine, automotive, real estate), with a strong eye for elevated, aspirational design
  • Experience producing motion graphics and video
  • Experience working with web-based project management software, preferably Smartsheets

Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing designs for various marketing campaigns and various dealer brands, with digital, motion and print deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute design concepts that align with our brand message and business objectives
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our designs
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines without direct supervision
  • Professional and reliable, maintaining strong work habits in a remote setting

Skills:

As a Graphic Designer, you will use your creativity and design skills to create on brand, visually appealing design solutions for our network of boat dealers. Familiarity with motion graphics/animation and experience with video editing software would be beneficial in this role. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and use your skills to enhance our brand image and drive engagement with our target audience. As this is a fully remote position, you should be self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
